Ocean Network Express (ONE) is committed to optimizing multimodal transportation services to provide foreign trade enterprises with more efficient and convenient logistics solutions. Recently, ONE has successfully launched two new sea-rail intermodal routes in South China, marking our new progress in domestic logistics services.
“Shantou North Station” Sea-Rail Intermodal Service Makes Its Debut
On July 14, 2025, the first batch of sea-rail cargo from Shantou was successfully dispatched, marking an important milestone in our efforts to expand the inland service network. This new route provides customers with more economical and faster transportation options, enhancing the logistics connectivity of the Shantou region. Compared with traditional transportation methods, this sea-rail intermodal solution can save time and reduce costs, further strengthening our competitiveness in the market.

“Nansha-Zhuzhou” Sea-Rail Intermodal Import Service
On July 23, 2025, the first batch of sea-rail import cargo arrived smoothly in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province. A launch ceremony was held at the CIMC Yujiaping Yard in Zhuzhou, which will serve as an inland container yard to facilitate empty container handling and is equipped with efficient M&R (Maintenance and Repair) facilities. The first batch of 40-foot containers departed from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, passed through Nansha Port, and was successfully transshipped to Zhuzhou via the mode of switching from road transportation to railway transportation. This process effectively improves logistics efficiency and promotes the development of the regional economy.

With the smooth launch of these two new routes, ONE plans to roll out more sea-rail intermodal services across China in the future. This initiative will help strengthen the connectivity between inland regions and coastal ports, and create more flexible logistics options for customers.
ONE will continue to collaborate with various parties, commit to enhancing inland multimodal transportation services, and drive the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade.
AS ONE, WE CAN.
